我记得那天的教室像是被忘却了洗涤。窗外春意盎然，却在我们头顶上空绽放着一朵朵洁白无瑕的樱花。老师讲解着古文中的“桃李春风”，但我只想知道为什么我们的课桌和椅子看起来像被忽略了好几年的垃圾堆一样？

classmates and me were sitting in a classroom that seemed to have been forgotten for cleaning. The spring breeze was blowing outside, but inside the room, it was as if the flowers of knowledge had withered away. The desks and chairs were covered in dust, looking like they hadn't been cleaned for years.

I couldn't help but feel a sense of disgust as I looked around at my surroundings. How could our teacher expect us to learn in such an environment? It seemed as though she had given up on us, leaving us to rot in this polluted classroom.

As we began our lesson on ancient Chinese literature, I couldn't help but think about the irony of it all. We were learning about "peaches and plums" (a metaphor for wealth and honor), while our own school was falling apart around us. It was as if we were living in two different worlds - one of beauty and elegance outside, and one of neglect and decay within.

But then again, perhaps that's what made the lesson so poignant. Maybe there's something to be learned from contrast - just as the beautiful cherry blossoms outside highlighted the ugliness within our classroom walls.
